Abstract

The article is devoted to the composition of the outstanding contemporary composer M. Bronner. The orchestral concert "Zugzwang" is considered as a vivid expression of the author's style and an original example of the genre interpretation. Based on the semantic “keys” embedded in the title, the specifics of the musical dramaturgy and structure of the work, the philosophical and ethical dimensions of the score are revealed. Attention is paid to the characteristic musical lexemes that constitute the composer's recognizable style.
